Property plans for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
